Pricing

All charges are to include set up and clear away times, i.e. your hire time starts from your booked entry time and ends at your final booked exit time.
Prices are reviewed annually.
Charges from 1st May 2022 are -

  • £20 per hour - Hire of main large hall room
  • £5 per hour extra - Hire of main kitchen with the large hall room
  • £10 per hour - Hire of small meeting room (including the use of the kitchenette)
  • £35 per hour - Hire of and exclusive use of the whole hall
  • £15 per hour - Hire of the main large hall room for repeat weekly bookings (e.g. for regular weekly classes that are open to the Community to join)

The minimum charge for hire of any of the hall rooms is 2 hours.

A deposit is required to secure the booking (you will be emailed an invoice for the deposit) which is to be paid in advance of the booking.

Where the hall is not left in a clean and tidy state after hire, you may be charged for extra cleaning.
Any damages will be charged for.

Please email bookings@whittingtoncommunityhall.co.uk to enquire about the hire costs of the whole hall for events that need a longer hire time, such as Friday to Sunday for wedding receptions.
