Health and Safety

Those hiring the Hall will be responsible for ensuring the safety of those attending their event and other hall users.

Read the Terms and Conditions for information about safety at the Hall.

Please make sure you are familiar with the emergency exits and read the fire safety instructions that are on the wall to the right as you enter the Hall by the main entrance.

The emergency evacuation gathering point is in the front carpark, near the fence opposite the main entrance/exit.

Consideration should be given when planning your event to carrying out a risk assessment, including a Safeguarding risk assessment.

The hall has an air flow system throughout the building, to keep the hall ventilated, plus both cool or warm when needed.
