Pricing
All charges are to include set up and clear away times, i.e. your hire time starts from your booked entry time and ends at your final exit time.
Prices are reviewed annually. These charges are from 1 April 2025 -
- Hire of the Main Hall room only - £25 per hour (Whittington Parishioners £20 per hour)
- Hire of the Main Kitchen (when hiring the Main Hall room) - £6 per hour extra (Whittington Parishioners £5 per hour extra)
- Hire of the small Meeting Room (including the use of the Kitchenette - £11 per hour (Whittington Parishioners (£10 per hour)
- Hire of and exclusive use of the Whole Hall - £40 per hour (Whittington Parishioners £35 per hour)
- Hire of the Main Hall room only for repeat weekly bookings (i.e. for regular weekly classes that are open to the Community to join) - £16 per hour (Whittington Parishioners £15 per hour)

The minimum charge for hire of any of the hall rooms for single occasion bookings is 2 hours.
A deposit is required to secure the booking (you will be emailed an invoice for the deposit) which is to be paid in advance of the booking.
Where the hall is not left in a clean and tidy state after hire, you may be charged for extra cleaning.
Any damages will be charged for.
Please email bookings@whittingtoncommunityhall.co.uk to enquire about the hire costs of the whole hall for events that need a longer hire time, such as Friday to Sunday.
